Organic lithium reaction is a typical low temperature and strong exothermic reaction in pharmaceutical and fine chemical industry. However, organic lithium reagents are highly active and will have a strong exothermic reaction when meeting water or oxygen, so they need to be dealt with at very low temperature in batch reactors and require feed rate control. There are also problems such as low reaction selectivity, poor control and poor safety. The application of micro channel reactor brought continuous operation as well as essential improvements in the yield, energy consumption, safety and other aspects.
